Returns or exchanges within 14 days, or by special arrangement, are accepted and are processed promptly. Please contact me FIRST by email at info@lalaspequenos.com so that I'm aware of the situation and I can expect your item to come back to me. Please, do not send back items without previous notice.

Items returned will be accepted ONLY if they are in their original, new condition: unworn, unspoiled, and unwashed. Customer pays shipping both ways on returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with the order.
